Returned items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. Undergarments cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Swimwear can only be returned with hygienic liner in tact. Skin care, formal dresses and sale items are FINAL SALE. Sorry, no exceptions.
You have 10 days from the date UPS delivers your package to return it for online store credit minus the shipping fees. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.
Exchanges
We will happily exchange an item for another size or style within 10 days of delivery. Please call or email us with your intentions so we can better assist you. Due to the rising cost of shipping, we are unable to offer courtesy shipping on exchanges.
